The
Workplace and The Pasture
Constructed in the 1970’s the existing processing
center buildings are the youngest structures on site. Because site access is off
the adjacent Martha Creek and Hemlock Roads, it is spatially isolated from the
other nursery buildings and fields.
The Trout Creek Field, or the
Pasture, provides vistas to the two dominant landforms on the edge of the
Nursery: Bunker Hill and Trout
Creek Hill.
